Hi!  My name is Boogie!  I recently came into Bullmastiff Rescue as a stray.  I was wandering the streets of Jacksonville, Florida, nearly if not completely, blind!  It was a rough life.  But I'm being taken care of now.  What a relief!  Apparently I have severe glaucoma. Can you believe that?  I'm only three years old!  I heard the nice rescue lady say that I have great manners and am very calm and sweet.  What a nice compliment she gave me!  I have an appointment with an eye specialist coming up soon.  They say that he is going to see if they can save either of my eyes and some of my sight.  If not, the rescue lady said I may have to have my eyes removed.  That's OK though, I get around really well just by my prize-winning sense of smell!  Will you considering donating for my medical costs?  I promise I'll be a good dog and make some family very happy when I'm adopted!  Thank you!!
