Roxy was rescued tied to the side of a house where she had no real human contact, left alone in all kinds of weather, with only a wire crate that had a piece of wood on the top of it for shelter.......she was terrified of everyone and everything.....she is making great progress .....

Her new family has sent the following update:

We ADORE this little girl...bratty and stubborn, sometimes hard to walk and easily distracted and then she hops on the couch and asks for hugs and puts her head on our laps and gives us the sweetest look. Falls asleep while her tummy is being rubbed...what a manipulator and schmoozer! Folks should not hesitate rescuing these characters...we wish we had gotten her sooner.
